Note: As computor monitor coloring varies, colors are approximations only. We may charge extra for designs with pink rhinestones. We also stock a full range of colors of metal rhinestuds.

Setup Charges and Fees

HipKraft charges NO setup fees or artwork/design fees for the first design and first minor revision. To keep it simple, we have built in the design labor costs into the per-piece pricing in the above price lists. Additional design work above and beyond the first initial design and up to one minor revision is charged at $45 per hour.

Minimum Orders

Our minimum order quantity is just one piece - really! As you might expect, your costs (and our costs) go down the more you order, as shown in the above price lists.

Lead Times and Rush Service

• Normal production lead time for 10 to 100 pieces is 7-10 business days following payment of your invoice. This includes stocked or special order apparel items. Lead time on <10 items may be faster.
• Rush production may be available, with these surcharges:
  3-DAY Service..........Add 25%
  4-DAY Service..........Add 20%
  5-DAY Service..........Add 15%
  6-DAY Service..........Add 10%
  
• Normal shipment method is UPS Ground with a typical time in transit of 2-6 business days. Expedited shipping (e.g. 2nd Day Air, Overnight) may be available at additional charge.

Payment Options

All orders must be prepaid in full before production can begin. HipKraft accepts all major credit cards, Paypal payments, as well as personal or company checks (checks must be received and clear before production can begin - this adds time to the process).

HipKraft Guarantee

• Please check your invoice carefully before paying it, and report any errors or necessary changes to your Project Manager prior to paying the invoice.
• Please check your order upon receipt carefully and call immediately if a problem exists.
• HipKraft's reponsbility is limited to repair or replacement of defective, damaged or incorrectly produced items.
• A Hold Harmless may be required prior to production based on artwork.
