Apparel (shirts, hats, and aprons):
HipKraft cheerfully accepts returns* of items purchased from www.HipKraft.com in new condition, regardless of purchase date. You can exchange your shirt or hat for another size, color or style (of the same value), or request a refund of the purchase price less shipping. We'll even ship your replacement shirt(s) back to you at our cost! Simply contact Customer Service prior to sending back your item(s) to let us know it's on the way.

Jewelry:
HipKraft cheerfully accepts returns* and exchanges of jewelry purchased from www.HipKraft.com in new condition within 30 days of initial delivery.

*Returns or exchanges not available for wholesale orders, customized designs (including but not limited to school shirts and "team you" shirts) and non-U.S. orders.
