What is your minimum order requirement?

Just 1 piece... really! Much of our pricing is based on how many items are ordered, so the more you order, the lower the price will be.

Do you offer discounts on bulk orders of custom items?

Yes. See our Custom Price List for specific pricing. You get additional discounts at 3, 24, and 96+ pieces.

Can I mix and match shirts in my order and still get quantity pricing?

Yes you can. As long as the design is exactly the same (same design, same rhinestone colors), you can pretty much mix and match to your heart's content. This includes adult shirts, youth shirts, tank tops, hoodies, v-necks, crew necks, scoop necks, long sleeves, short sleeves, different shirt colors, even tote bags.
Items that are not included would be hats or items that require a different sized design, such as duffel bags, onesies, etc. Iron-on transfers are also counted separately.

Where can I find your available garment styles to choose from?

Good question. A few places to find them:
1. Our most popular products can easily be found from the product pages for stock or custom designs. Here is an example product selection page.
2. You can download and print most of our popular items in our downloadable catalog.
3. You can view thousands more products in our Extended Selections catalog. Contact us for pricing and availability of items you find there.

Shipping & Timing Questions


How long will it take to receive my order?

Retail orders:
For retail orders of non-special order items, manufacturing time before shipping is generally 4 business days from when the order is placed (additional time is required for orders greater than 20 pieces). The individual product pages will tell you how much processing time is needed for the particular item selected.

Custom orders:
Normal production time for orders up to 50 items is 7-10 business days, plus standard shipping time, from when the order is placed/paid in full. On orders >50 items, normal production time is 10-14 business days, plus standard shipping time, from when the order is placed/paid in full.

Is expedited shipping available?

Yes. For retail orders, when you check out, you can select expedited Priority Mail shipping for an additional fee. If you have a particular deadline, please contact us before ordering and we will offer you additional expedited shipping options.
For custom orders, the same expedited shipping option is available if you order directly online, or ask your Account Manager for additional shipping options and pricing.

Our Return Policy:

Apparel (shirts, hats, and aprons):
HipKraft cheerfully accepts returns of items purchased from www.HipKraft.com in new condition, regardless of purchase date. You can exchange your item another size, color or style (of the same value), or request a refund of the purchase price less shipping. We'll even ship your replacement shirt(s) back to you at our cost!

Exlusions apply: No returns/exchanges on Custom items, Customized items, wholesale orders, or items otherwised marked as "no returns/exchanges" on your receipt.

To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested.

The Information We Collect

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the HipKraft website, our secure Shopping Cart, and in various other documents that reference this policy. The types of personal information we may collect during the ordering process or via our contact form are: Name, Address, Email address, Phone number, Credit/Debit Card Information (etc.)

The Way We Use Information

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order to complete that order, and information provided in our contact form(s) or incoming e-mails from you for sales and customer support needs. We may also send periodic e-mails regarding new products, updates and promotions, unless and until you ask us not to. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary (for example, feeding the shipping address data to UPS to produce an address label) to complete that order.

We use your email addresse and/or phone number to answer the contact requests we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties except as necessary to respond to your request or inquiry.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above.
