  1. Who is HipKraft?
    We're a small company based in beautiful Boise, Idaho. We all think of ourselves as wine aficionados (or at least wine lovers) and have a passion for developing and creating hip wine-related merchandise. We've recently branched out into other product lines with amazing response from our customers.

    "HipKraft is an imaginative, customer-focused, and eco-conscious apparel company aimed at offering hip, sexy, fun, and quality products at low prices. We take pride in our American-made clothing and the craftsmanship we put into its embellishments. We aim to become a nationally recognized brand name, capitalizing on the population's sustained interest in wine and other activities mixed with fashionable apparel."

  4. What are the ways I can place an order?
    We strongly prefer online orders from our web site, but if you prefer to place your order via phone or fax, we will happily accomodate you. Find our contact information here.
Online, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal and electronic checks.
Offline, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
At this time, we do not accept physical checks.

 

  5. How much does shipping cost, and how do you ship orders?
    We actually have an entire page for this, not because it's complicated but because there are often so many shipping questions. Read our Shipping page here (it's also available near the top of most of our pages).

 

  6. What if I need to exchange or return something?
    That's easy! Just follow the instructions on our returns page.

 

  7. Tell me about buying tax-free.
    For retail sales, we pay your sales tax if any is due. For resellers, find our tax, wholesale and reseller information on our Wholesale page.

 

  7. Do you do custom orders or product variations?
    Absolutely! Don't hesitate to ask us if we can do something special for you. We can make custom rhinestone motifs as well as get our hands on almost any style or color garment.
