Special order items (including those marked as such in your shopping cart), may add up to one week to the times above, and may ship separately from any in-stock items in your order.
  2. We guarantee you'll receive your items when we say you will, or your order is free.
    If your order is not delivered within the timeframe you chose for any reason, even if due to delays by the carrier, it's free!
*Terms: This offer valid on orders up to 10 pieces; Maximum refund amount per order is $250; U.S. lower 48 states destinations only; does not apply to AFP/APO destinations, AK or HI; this guarantee does not apply to special order designs, special order apparel choices, and customized items; applies to credit card or Paypal payments only (not e-checks); shipping address must pass validation with USPS address validation service; items noted as requiring extra time do not apply.   3. We typically ship via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) for smaller orders (1-12 shirts).
    We may use an alternate carrier such as UPS Ground for larger orders.
 
  4. We provide package tracking information whenever possible.
    Shipment tracking by e-mail is included for all orders to the U.S. If you do not include an e-mail address when you place your order, you will not receive our shipping e-mail, however if you contact us we are happy to send it to you.
