We do our best to make our shipping policies straightforward and simple. This page explains it all.

1. Our shipping charges are flat rate based on the method you choose.

Nationwide average* delivery from date of order is 5 days with Standard shipping and 3 days with Priority shipping.

2. We guarantee you'll receive your items when we say you will, or your order is free.

If your order is not delivered within the timeframe shown in the shipping table above for any reason, even if due to delays by the carrier, your order is free!
*Terms: This offer valid on orders up to 4 pieces; Maximum refund amount per order is $50; U.S. lower 48 states destinations only; does not apply to AFP/APO destinations, AK or HI; items in the "special order" category do not apply; shipping address must be accurate and must pass validation with USPS address validation service; items noted as requiring extra time (such as custom colored school shirts) do not apply. Guarantee is based on elapsed time from the date of order to the date the carrier reports that first delivery attempt was made. One refund allowed per customer per month.

3. We typically ship via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) for smaller orders (1-12 shirts).

We may use an alternate carrier such as UPS Ground for larger orders.

4. We provide package tracking information whenever possible.

Shipment tracking is included for all orders to the U.S. At this time, shipment tracking is not available for destinations outside the United States. If you do not include an e-mail address when you place your order, you will not receive our shipping e-mail, however if you contact us we are happy to send it to you.
